Although I was tempted to call this video “The Sex Life of a Green Bean,” I restrained myself from indulging in this bit of food porn. In both choosing and using green beans, it is important to remember that we are eating the unripe fruit of the plant. If we wait for it to ripen fully, the green bean is no longer edible, no matter how long it is cooked.
